We at Gas Utility District 1 of East Baton Rouge Parish realize COVID19 has affected our customers in many different ways and would like to work with you. We, as a courtesy, have not applied late fees or sent out disconnect notices since mid-March 2020. As we move closer to phase III, we are asking anyone with a delinquent account to call our office and speak to a customer service representative on making a payment arrangement/extension to clear up your account.
